These projects highlight my focus on systems, scalability, and creating experiences that make learning accessible and meaningful for everyone.

I served as the system administrator for our learning platform, managing user access, launching content, and building reporting dashboards that tracked engagement and compliance across the organization.
I partnered closely with IT and HR to streamline workflows and ensure every learner had a smooth experience.

I managed our L&D stipend program from end-to-end. Overseeing budgets, approval processes, and vendor relationships.
I also created communication templates and FAQs to help employees make the most of their professional development benefits.

As a certified Everything DiSC facilitator, I led quarterly sessions that helped teams strengthen communication and collaboration. These workshops became a cornerstone of our company culture, creating shared language and insight into how people work best together.
